Reiki for Admiration is designed to make others in awe of you. This can be used in a lot of different ways to keep all eyes on you in the most positive ways.
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle.
