Reiki is the life force energy that permeates the universe. Reiki practitioners bring through this energy—they do not generate it. While most people bring this energy through for healing and protection, it’s inherently versatile and can be used in a multitude of ways.

A reiki audio could be all that you need, and I consider those the first “lines of defense” so to speak. I recommend working with those before paying to get any kind of energy work service with me because you may not need it. Furthermore, reiki audios are excellent in supporting and maintaining all other work done.

Reiki is an intuitive life force energy. If you want a one-time session that’s effective but less intense, go with a distance reiki session.

Intuitive healing sessions can include reiki, but I also bring in my entire energy work toolkit. You are not just trusting the intuitive nature of reiki, but you are trusting my intuition about how to address the issue as well. If you’d rather trust universal intelligence, go with a Reiki Session. If you trust both divine intelligence and my own, go with the Intuitive Healing session.

Both sessions are effective, but reiki is considered a gentler option.

With reiki sessions, I’m more of a vessel that brings through reiki energy. That energy in and of itself is intuitive and does the work. You are ultimately trusting universal intelligence when you choose a reiki session. I recommend this for people who are newer to energy work, but still want something effective.

With intuitive healing sessions, I am an active facilitator. While I sometimes bring reiki into these sessions, I also bring my own toolkit and intuition into the mix. For me, it’s a lot more hands on and my clients have described it as more intense and targeted as well. You are essentially choosing to trust both universal intelligence and my own when you choose an intuitive healing session. I recommend this option if you want the more aggressive approach to your problem.

These are one-time sessions, but they also go deeper than my reiki audios. Even though they’re intended for a set amount of people, I always include some extra for myself because even I opt for these over a reiki audio or doing my own personalized session. As long as the audio is playing, it is working. I make silent tracks so that the sounds in the background aren’t too disruptive and in some cases to avoid potential copyright issues. The effects will speak for themselves so even if you’re skeptical, trust the process! If you’d prefer background noise, I’d suggest joining the Diamond Tier of my Patreon—almost all of the audios over there have some kind of background noise or music. If you like the silence but would prefer to use Patreon, you can mute sound and still receive the benefits.

(If you do not care to own the audio, Patreon is also the more economical option! It is cheaper to purchase a monthly Diamond Tier membership than it is to buy 2 or more reikis.)

I understand—sometimes, even I’M overwhelmed! You can put tags in the search bar related to what you’re looking for to see what comes up (i.e. money, healing, love, etc.). I highly recommend checking out my collections on my Patreon to help you see categories that may help you as well.

At the end of the day, if you want to lessen the stress of choosing a couple, your best bet is to become a Diamond Tier member of my Patreon. You’ll be able to use any of the reikis you find interesting for only one monthly price instead of buying each one individually for download.

My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle.

On my Patreon, I might include specific instructions for some of the reikis, but this standard recommendation is a good place to start. Make sure you are as grounded, rested, nourished and HYDRATED as possible when running these!

It is common to see fairly immediate results with my reiki audios, but the effects of you following the standard recommendation can last you approximately 2 weeks.

You can experience the benefits fairly immediately with personalized services as well, but the kind of work done changes how long you can experience them. The benefits can last you anywhere between 4 weeks and forever. (This can vary for services that are for maintenance or aren’t inherently created to be permanent like a cleansing or protection session.)

The Pink Packages are there for a lot of standard requests people come with. Although it’s a one-time session, they can go deeper than reiki audios. While they are very effective, if you need something more tailored to you, try one of personalized options! It’s totally okay if you’d like to get a session specifically made for you—some of my clients are only comfortable with that.

Always remember that my goal is to empower you, not create dependence. At the end of the day, trust that you know what you need.

Non-live remote sessions are easier for me to do, and allows you to experience the energy work privately whenever you want. The live sessions are more energetically demanding for me because often times, way more messages come through as we dialogue.

A lot of my clients find the most value in my live sessions because in a lot of ways, it’s like combining a healing and a full reading all at once. My clients have also noted that the energy feels more intense during the live sessions.

Offering multiple options also allows me to offer services in a more accessible way to people who cannot book a live session.

The main things I hear after my energy work sessions are that people are thirsty and tired! I am ALWAYS going to recommend that you have plenty of water nearby and plenty of time to rest!
