This reiki is intended to activate your ambition in a way that's grounded and clear. It is also intended to give you more willpower as well. This would be great to pair with Reiki for Passionate Experiences to remind you of your "why" and inspire you to act towards those ambitions. You can also pair this with Reiki for Inspiration and Creativity if you're looking for a new approach. (Solar Plexus Reiki can help boost the effects of all of these as well.)
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle.
