This reiki is meant to inspire a healthy obsession of a person, place or thing. It's best to intend this reiki over the person, place or thing you wished to be obsessed over. For example, if you want someone to obsess over you, use the reiki with yourself as the intended target, not them. I also recommend using this with a either Reiki for Protection or Reiki for Psychic Clearing and Protection to prevent any negative effects.
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle.
